During his visit to the capital, Tashkent, in the State of Uzbekistan, Al-Bakr was honored as the best Arab-African sports figure who influenced international sports relations in Uzbekistan as the first Egyptian Arab-African to receive this honor from the government of Uzbekistan from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher and Private Education.
The meeting developed a joint action plan to conduct scientific sports training courses and scientific lectures to develop the level of all the coaches and athletes professionally using all the international curricula and all the related sciences in various sports fields, especially martial arts sciences and those with special abilities.
In addition to that, Al-Bakr signed a cooperation protocol with the Minister of Higher Education last year after the approval of the Prime Minister and in the presence of Dr. Doaa Shawky, Chairperson of the Scientific Committee of the Asian Traditional Karate Federation and Professor at the Faculty of Physical Education
